How it works

Step 1

Connect with our team to discuss details such as your team/company culture, anything we can do to tailor the experience to meet your needs, donation arrangements, and more.

Step 2

For the event, each participant receives a special package containing high quality materials to create their cuddly companion – from stuffing to adorable outfits.

Step 3

Guided by a live video call with one of our expert facilitators, your team will embark on a delightful journey of crafting these furry friends together all while bonding over laughter, lighthearted competition, and conversations.

Step 4

Once your fluffy creations are complete, they’ll be lovingly donated to a charity, bringing warmth and companionship to children in need.

Note

For 100% virtual events, individual boxes will be shipped to each person. For in-person events, a box of supplies will be shipped to your location and an expert facilitator will conference in virtually to lead the event (or travel in if that is preferred).

The Experience

Join us for a heartwarming and interactive team-building experience!

Guided by one of our expert facilitators, your team will kick things off with a fun teddy trivia test. Next, participants will unbox their unique toy-building materials for a delightful surprise before moving on to stuff, dress, and personalize their furry creations over casual conversations. Each participant will then complete a birth certificate, adding creative touches by giving their stuffed friend a name and even hobbies.

The highlight of the event is introducing your new furry friend to your colleagues, with each person sharing their toy’s name and personality. Finally, participants will prepare their bears for donation, making this not only a fun and engaging team building event, but also one that has a positive impact. It’s a fantastic way to connect with your team, take a break from the daily grind, and make a meaningful difference together.

Event Logistics

Pre-Event Planning

Our team will meet with you to discuss important details such as your needs, company culture, event customizations, and donation arrangements.

  • For virtual events, individual boxes with all supplies will be shipped directly to each participant.
  • For in-person events, one shipment of supplies will be sent to your location, and our facilitator will either join virtually or attend in person, depending on arrangements.

Most companies choose to donate the stuffed animals to a local organization. We can assist you in finding an appropriate recipient, or you may donate to one of our established partners. We will either include shipping labels in your boxes addressed to the donation center, or you may drop donations off in-person.
